Paris Pattern Clay Roof Tiles

This roof tile required left and right hand starter tile for half bond (A full tile is cut in half). Batten spacing means the measurement between the top of one batten to the top of the batten below as laid out on the roof. Undertile membrane required. Wiring lug is provided on the underside of the tile for tying down to batten. The wire should be threaded through the hole and then each end of the wire secured to copper nails placed into batten. Wire to be twisted secure with pliers. It is essential to specify 16 gauge copper wire for tying down. Under normal conditions the underlay should protrude external wall by 50mm. All eave tiles should be tied down.
