Welcome to BilMark Clay Roof Tiles
We supply tiles for alterations, additions, and completely new buildings throughout South Africa. Roof tiles are sourced from sites where buildings are being demolished or where major additions require a different roof profile. The laying of a successful clay roof is highly dependent on clay tiles being size sorted plus the accurate spacing of batons at the time of installation. Our sourcing process is outlined below.
Training
We have built up a library of technical literature for architects, engineers, quantity surveyors and contractors to draw off. As a service to contractors we give free training to all staff involved in working on roofing projects. This can be carried out at our yard or on site.
About Us
In 1917 Corobrik diversified into the manufacturing of clay roof tiles. The Marseille Profile Tile was the first to be made with additional profile tiles being added to the range over time. Corobrik and Tile became the largest clay roof tile manufacturer in South Africa until 1995 when the last factory was closed down at Briardene Durban.
